1 1/2 cups flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
+ a splash of soda for fluffiness
Another quick and easy tip... serve with oven-baked bacon! This is the only way I make bacon because we LOVE bacon but I HATE the greasy mess of frying it in a pan. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the strips of bacon on top. Place in the oven at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes. Easy, peasy, everyone's happy! And cleanup is a breeze.
